This is the Privacy Policy for Kids Games CJSC, accessible at mobile application Baby Games (preschools kids) (the “App”) available on App Store and Play Store.

These terms and conditions of the privacy policy (the “Policy”) of the app, expressly declare and outline the rules and regulations upon which we handle your privacy/data collected from you. The Policy is a conditions precedent for the use of the App. By accessing/using/recommending/signing up/referring to someone/opening the App, we assume you accept the terms and conditions of Policy, and you declare that you expressly accept the terms and conditions of the Policy without any force and coercion. You are hereby warned and made clear that without any kind of ambiguity that if you do not accept these terms and conditions of Policy you may not proceed further. You are also being made aware that if you sign up/move forward/access/recommend to someone without accepting the terms and conditions, you shall keep us, the app, its owners/affiliates/employees and all person affiliated with App, harmless and you waive off all your rights to sue us and the App its owners and all affiliates. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Automatic collection

The software Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children and we adhere to the privacy of children and thus under the laws we do not collect information of the children under the age of 13 in US and 16 years in EU and Asia and Australia (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 13. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
